Warehouse Officer (Phuket, Chalong)

เรากำลังมองหา Warehouse Officer เพื่อดูแลการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าของเราในภูเก็ต โดยหน้าที่หลักคือการปรับปรุงการจัดการสต็อกสินค้าให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ดูแลการกระจายสินค้าไปยังร้านทั้ง 20 สาขา และประสานงานกับพนักงานขับรถส่งสินค้า

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities):

- ปรับปรุงและจัดการระบบการทำงานของคลังสินค้า พร้อมนำแนวทางการบริหารสต็อกที่มีประสิทธิภาพมาใช้
- ตรวจนับสต็อกสินค้าเป็นประจำ และบันทึกข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องโดยใช้ Google Sheets
- ดูแลการกระจายสินค้าไปยังร้านทั้ง 20 สาขา โดยประสานงานกับพนักงานขับรถส่งสินค้า
- ดูแลห้องเย็น (Cold Room) และจัดการการจัดเก็บ รวมถึงการหมุนเวียนสินค้าอย่างเหมาะสม
- บันทึกข้อมูลสินค้าเข้าและออกจากคลังให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- สามารถทำงานกะเพิ่มเติมในวันเสาร์ (มีค่าตอบแทน) เมื่อมีความจำเป็น

คุณสมบัติ (Requirements):

- คนไทย สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้คล่อง และมีพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษ
- สามารถใช้ Google Sheets สำหรับการจัดการข้อมูลและทำรายงานได้
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ (เกียร์อัตโนมัติ)
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการคลังสินค้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

สภาพการทำงาน (Working Conditions):

สถานที่ทำงาน: ภูเก็ต (ฉลอง)
เวลาทำงาน: วันจันทร์ – วันศุกร์ เวลา 10:00 – 19:00 น. และอาจมีการทำงานวันเสาร์เพิ่มเติม (มีค่าตอบแทน)

About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Officer to manage our Phuket warehouse operations. You'll focus on optimizing inventory, ensuring efficient product distribution to our 20 stores, and coordinating with our delivery driver.

Responsibilities:
- Optimize warehouse operations and implement efficient inventory management practices.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records using Google Sheets.
- Oversee product distribution to 20 stores, coordinating with the delivery driver.
- Manage the cold room storage and ensure proper handling and rotation.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Perform paid additional shifts on Saturdays as needed.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Thai & Basic English is needed.
- Proficient in Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license (automatic transmission).
- Experience in Warehouse management is a plus.

Working Conditions:
- Location: Phuket (Chalong)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with potential paid Saturday shifts.
