Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and expand our reach in the Russian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, actively pursuing new sales opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of our sales goals.

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media or other channel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents.

Close sales and achieve targets consistently.

Listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and strategies.

Present project information to the agent & clients, site and showrooms tours.

Coordinate with other departments and close deals.

Sales reports.

Handle other tasks as assigned.



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in real estate.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.

A service-minded and strong sense of responsibility.

A can-do attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A team player.

An ability to achieve sales targets.

Can work in a highly pressurized environment.

Motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
