Chef de Cuisine 1 Position
Total Salary: 50K – 80K THB
• Strong Mediterranean / European cuisine knowledge.
• Proven experience in a quality independent dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and be hands on.
• Understanding of Food Safety & Kitchen Hygiene.
• Able to work under pressure - The restaurant is very busy 200-300 covers per dinner service.
• Flexible and fun work attitude.
• Lead by example attitude with a strong sense of understanding and ownership.
• Have a good command of English.
• Must possess a high level of creativity and high quality standards.

Social Media Manager 1 Position
Total Salary: : 30K – 40K THB (Responsible for affiliated 3 companies)
• You will be responsible for preparing high-quality cold dishes such as salads, appetizers, sandwiches, dressings, and other cold items with a focus on freshness, presentation, and hygiene.
• Proven experience in a cold kitchen or similar role (1–2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cold food preparation and plating techniques
• Good knife skills and ingredient handling
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and team spirit

Bartender – 1 Position
Total Salary: According to experience
Requirements :
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender
• Solid knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and mixology techniques
• Passionate about hospitality and customer service
• Responsible, punctual, and a strong team player
• Good communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage
• Well-groomed, energetic, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with working hours and able to work on shifts

Hostess
Total Salary: According to experience
Requirements :
• Female, age between 20–35 years old
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate well in English
• Service-minded and customer-oriented
• Responsible and punctual
• Experience as a hostess or in the service industry is an advantage
• Able to work in shifts / night shifts
