ตำแหน่ง : Human Resources Manager
-Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training.
-Oversee employee relations, engagement, and performance.
-Handle payroll, benefits, and HR administration.
-Ensure compliance with Thai labor law, work permits, and visas.
-Support a positive and wellness-driven workplace culture.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
-Proven HR management experience, ideally in hospitality/resort.
-Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws & visa/work permit processes.
-Excellent communication skills in Thai & English.
-Leadership, problem-solving, and people-focused mindset.
