Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, front office, reservations, or administrative support

Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue management principles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and CRM systems is an advantage

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail

Ability to prepare contracts, proposals, and sales reports accurately

Customer-focused mindset with professional telephone and email etiquette

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
