Job Description:
- Lead and manage day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and suppliers.
- Monitor project schedule, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
- Review and verify BOQ, shop drawings, method statements, and materials.
- Validate and confirm work progress for monthly payments.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and Thai regulations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Manage site meetings and ensure accurate communication across all teams.
- Enforce safety, quality, and workmanship standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction PM / Site Manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, and finishing.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Good command of English (required).
- Experience in residential or villa development is an advantage.
