- Handle room reservations via telephone, email, and the hotel reservation system.
-Record, amend, and confirm reservation details accurately and efficiently.
- Check room availability, rates, and promotions.
- Coordinate with related departments.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding room details, reservation terms, and hotel policies.
- Prepare daily and monthly reservation reports as assigned.
- Maintain and organize reservation records and related documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
