เรากำลังมองหานักการตลาดที่มีความกระตือรือร้นและมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มาร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการขยายฐานลูกค้าและสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้กับบริการแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศของเรา คุณจะได้วางแผนกลยุทธ์ทั้งในสื่อออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ เพื่อเข้าถึงกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยว นักลงทุน และกลุ่มธุรกิจให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
| Content Strategy: คิดคอนเทนต์และบริหารจัดการสื่อ Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA) เพื่ออัปเดตอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนและโปรโมชั่น
| Campaign Management: ออกแบบและดูแลแคมเปญส่งเสริมการขายเพื่อกระตุ้นยอดการแลกเงินในช่วงฤดูกาลท่องเที่ยว
| Partnership: ประสานงานกับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ เช่น โรงแรม บริษัททัวร์ และ อื่นๆ เพื่อเพิ่มช่องทางในการเข้าถึงลูกค้า
| Market Analysis: ติดตามแนวโน้มตลาดการเงิน ความเคลื่อนไหวของคู่แข่ง และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค
| Customer Engagement: ตอบข้อซักถามและดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
| วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด การสื่อสารมวลชน บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
| มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาด 1-3 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจการเงิน หรือท่องเที่ยวจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
| มีความเข้าใจในเครื่องมือ Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager และอื่น ๆ)
| มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (หากได้ภาษาที่สาม เช่น จีน หรือรัสเซีย จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
| มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะความกดดันได้

| เงินเดือนเริ่มต้น: ตามตกลงและประสบการณ์
| ค่าตอบแทนการเดินทาง: เบี้ยเลี้ยงและค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทาง (Travel Expense Reimbursement) กรณีเดินทางปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ หรือปฏิบัติงานข้ามจังหวัด (ภูเก็ต-กรุงเทพฯ)
