Human Resources – 1 Position
Total Salary : Salary based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Handle onboarding process and prepare employment documentation.
• Coordinate staff scheduling with the Store/Restaurant Manager.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and timekeeping.
• Process payroll, overtime calculation, and coordinate with Accounting.
• Manage employee benefits, social security, and labor documentation.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Organize training programs to enhance service standards.
• Support performance evaluation processes.
• Foster positive workplace culture and teamwork.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Experience in restaurant or café business is a plus.
• Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
