About TropicLook

TropicLook is an international property management company operating premium villas and apartments in Phuket.
We manage short- and mid-term rental properties and provide hospitality services aligned with international hotel standards.

Due to rapid portfolio growth in the Bangtao area, we are launching our in-house housekeeping department and are looking for a Housekeeping Team Lead to support daily operations and quality control on site.

Position Overview

The Housekeeping Team Lead is a hands-on operational role responsible for:

-leading a small housekeeping team;
-organizing and controlling daily cleaning operations;
-ensuring quality standards are met across villas and apartments.

⚠️ This is not an office position.
The role requires active on-site work and supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management

*Organize and supervise:
-deep / general cleanings;
-cleaning during onboarding of new properties;
-property preparation before guest arrivals.
*Assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff.
*Ensure cleaning quality meets TropicLook standards.
*Participate in cleaning activities when required.

Quality Control & Reporting
-Conduct inspections after cleaning.
-Take photo reports using the corporate --application TimeMark.

-Identify and report any issues related to:
*cleanliness;
*damages;
*technical or maintenance concerns.
*Inventory & Supplies

*Monitor availability of:
-cleaning supplies;
-equipment;
-consumables.

*Submit replenishment requests through the supervising manager.


Coordination
*Work closely with:
-Supervising Department;
-Operations management.


*Follow tasks and schedules assigned via ClickUp
task management system.

Requirements
Mandatory
*Experience in housekeeping / cleaning services:
-hotels, serviced apartments, condominiums, or
villas.
*Understanding of professional cleaning standards.
*Ability to lead by example and work hands-on.
*Strong sense of responsibility and attention to
detail.

Preferred
-Experience as a senior housekeeper or
housekeeping supervisor.
-Basic English communication skills.
-Experience with short-term rental properties.

ภาพรวมตำแหน่ง

หัวหน้าทีมแม่บ้านเป็นตำแหน่งปฏิบัติการเชิงปฏิบัติจริง มีหน้าที่หลักในการ:

-นำทีมแม่บ้านขนาดเล็ก

-จัดการและควบคุมงานทำความสะอาดประจำวัน

-ตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่างานทำความสะอาดเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท

ต้องทำงานจริงที่หน้างานและคอยควบคุมดูแล

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
การบริหารงานปฏิบัติการ

จัดและควบคุมงาน:

-ทำความสะอาดลึก / ทั่วไป

-ทำความสะอาดเมื่อมีการเปิดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ใหม่

-เตรียมอสังหาริมทรัพย์ก่อนลูกค้ามาเข้าพัก

-มอบหมายงานประจำวันให้ทีมแม่บ้าน

-ตรวจสอบคุณภาพการทำความสะอาดให้ตรงตามมาตรฐาน TropicLook

-เข้าร่วมทำความสะอาดเมื่อจำเป็น

-การควบคุมคุณภาพ & การรายงาน

-ตรวจสอบงานหลังทำความสะอาด

-ถ่ายรูปเพื่อรายงานผ่านแอป TimeMark ของบริษัท

-ระบุและรายงานปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ:ความสะอาด
ความเสียหาย

-ปัญหาทางเทคนิคหรือซ่อมบำรุง

-การบริหารสต็อก & อุปกรณ์

-ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของ:อุปกรณ์และวัสดุทำความสะอาด

-เครื่องมือและวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง

-ส่งคำขอเติมอุปกรณ์ผ่านผู้จัดการผู้ดูแลการประสานงาน

ทำงานร่วมกับ:

แผนกผู้ดูแล

ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ

ทำงานตามตารางและงานที่มอบหมายผ่านระบบ ClickUp

คุณสมบัติจำเป็น

-มีประสบการณ์ด้านแม่บ้าน / ทำความสะอาด

โรงแรม, เซอร์วิสอพาร์ตเมนต์, คอนโดมิเนียม หรือ วิลล่า

-เข้าใจมาตรฐานการทำความสะอาดแบบมืออาชีพ

-สามารถนำทีมโดยลงมือทำจริง

-มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและใส่ใจรายละเอียด

จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

-เคยเป็นหัวหน้าแม่บ้านหรือหัวหน้าทีมแม่บ้าน

-สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้น

-มีประสบการณ์กับอสังหาริมทรัพย์เช่าระยะสั้น
