Responsibilities:
1.Create social media content
•Develop and create creative content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin and You tube
•Write engaging captions and ensure content aligns with the brand image
2.Manage and publish social media posts
•Schedule and publish posts consistently according to the content plan
•Monitor performance (reach, engagement, etc.) and optimize content accordingly
3.Plan marketing campaigns and run online advertisements
•Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and support sales
•Plan, manage, and run online advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
•Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for improvement

Qualifications:
•Age 22 – 30 years
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
•At least 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (experience in real estate is a plus)
•Proficient in ad management tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.)
•Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and website analytics
•Able to work independently and as part of a team
•Intermediate English communication skills
•Able to read and write content or ads in English (property listings, headlines, etc.)
