Vacancy: Content Creator/Social Media Manager

You Massage & Hair Spa (Phuket) - Rawai.
You Massage & Hair Spa is looking for a creative person to help us grow our social media presence and create content people actually enjoy watching and sharing.

What you will do:
Video & Content Creation/Management.
•Create and shoot short-form videos (Reels / TikTok (Lemon8)
•Produce light, lively, and humorous content
•Adapt trends and popular ideas from the internet to our brand
•Shoot on an iPhone — no complex production required
•Involve team members, guests, or models in filming
•Feel comfortable on camera, speak naturally, and communicate with the audience
•Act as a “face of the space” when appropriate
Ideas & Planning
•Write short scripts and come up with video ideas
•Plan out content for the next 2 to 4 weeks
•Suggest new types of content and creative ideas
•Original ideas are welcome, but adapting existing internet trends is absolutely fine

What kind of content do we expect.
We are looking for lively content that:
•Humorous and trend-based videos
•Massage salon and service videos (massage, hair spa, treatments)
•Content about promotions, special offers, and campaigns
•Team introductions and staff stories
•Behind-the-scenes and daily salon life
•Content about the area, location, and nearby infrastructure
•Videos that show the atmosphere and philosophy of the space
•Content that makes the brand feel human, warm, and approachable
The main goal is to entertain, introduce, and build trust, not to create hard-selling ads.

Social Media & Posting
•Publish content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Lemon8
•Content can be duplicated across platforms — we do not expect unique content for each social network
•Write short captions and descriptions
•Reply to comments and engage with the audience

Content Languages
•Content must be published in English and Thai
•Simple, conversational language is perfectly fine
•Translations can be adapted, not necessarily literal

Collaborations
•Search for bloggers and influencers
•Communicate and agree on collaboration formats
•Coordinate filming when needed

•Work with designers and video editors (if you don’t edit yourself)
•Prepare briefs and oversee results

Shooting Quality (Important)
Professional video production or advanced editing skills are not required.
However, you must be able to shoot clean, aesthetic content using a smartphone:
•Understand framing, lighting, and composition
•Keep the image clear and well-lit
•Shoot stable, sharp, non-blurry video
•Avoid shaky, dark, or careless footage
The content can be simple, but it must look neat, pleasant, and visually clean.

But what we expect:
•You must be able to shoot/film clean, aesthetic content using a smartphone:

•Shoot stable, sharp, non-blurry video
•Avoid shaky, dark, or careless footage
The content can be simple, but it must look neat, pleasant, and visually clean.

Work Format
•Considering the volume of content per month, your time frame will be the equivalent of a full-time job. But we are open to any other suggestions.
•On-site filming, communicating with editors, designers, and video editors (if you do not do the video editing yourself), and posting on socials.

We are not looking for a “perfect specialist,” but for a creative, open-minded person who can help show You Massage as a place people want to visit and return to.
Requirements
•Thai native. This role requires confident spoken Thai, as you will appear on camera and communicate with the audience in Thai. English knowledge is required for captions and communication, for subtitles.
•Age does not matter
We care about skills, mindset, and creativity — not age.
•Smartphone shooting skills
o Confident shooting on iPhone
o Understanding of framing, lighting, and composition
o Ability to produce clean, stable, and visually pleasing video
• Basic editing skills
o Basic video editing using mobile apps
o Ability to use built-in editing tools in Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and similar platforms
o Advanced professional editing is not required
• Content & coordination skills
o Ability to coordinate content creation with designers (for posts, visuals, covers, banners and so on)
o If you can create simple designs yourself, that is a plus
• Confidence on camera
o Comfortable appearing in videos
o Able to speak, explain, present, and interact with the audience
o Willing to act as a visible representative of the space when needed
o Interact with guests after the session (as an idea) to ask for a video review, opinion and so on.
