• 5–7+ years Front Office leadership in a resort/full-service hotel
• Pre-opening / re-branding / transition experience (setup, SOPs, team readiness)
• Proven ability to operate in challenging conditions (room issues, surrounding area concerns, service gaps)
• Strong problem-solving & decision-making under pressure; calm and decisive
• Expert in guest recovery and complaint handling; able to protect guest experience and trust
• Strong team leadership: coach, stabilize, drive accountability and service standards
• Solid PMS/Front Office systems knowledge and operational reporting
• Excellent cross-department coordination and clear communication
• Hands-on, organized, resilient, and consistently guest-focused
