Your Tasks – contra boring, PRO YOU
Job Summary:
We are seeking a capable Office Administrator to integral and maintaining the smooth operations and provide comprehensive administrative tasks for office support. This position is open to Thai nationals and fluent English is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and procurement activities, including supplier evaluation, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and office supply management, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
Coordinate all office facility maintenance and repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and the management team Including providing administrative support and follow up/make sure of hotel pick up and making reservations for the accommodations to be completed assigned
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, letters, parcel packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
Support bookkeeping for the company
Create and update databases and record suppliers' information, personnel and other data
Track and replace office supplies as necessary
Other tasks assigned by the Manager and assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
Your Profile – contra 08/15, PRO YOU
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Fluent English skills as well as strong communication skills are a must.
2+ years of experience in the role
Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position
Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
Good organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and hands-on to prioritize tasks
Flexible to work and in response to changing needs.
Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation in handling all assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Passion and positive relationships to help the team to achieve increased productivity, loyalty and dedication of employees
