Club Miracle | Phuket
Club Miracle is a premium short-term rental and concierge company operating high-end properties in Phuket. We deliver hotel-level service in private villas, combining human expertise with advanced technology.
We are looking for a Planner to become the central brain of our daily operations.
This role sits at the crossroads of bookings, concierge services, and housekeeping. You transform complex information into clear, efficient daily plans that allow our teams to operate smoothly and our guests to enjoy a flawless experience.
You will work with our in-house Miracle Manager PMS, a powerful tool designed to simplify decision-making and planning.

Your role
You are the orchestrator of daily operations.
Your mission is to ensure that the right people are in the right place, at the right time, with the right information.

Key responsibilities
• Centralize, verify, and prioritize all operational inputs:
o bookings, arrivals, departures
o guest requests and special instructions
o maintenance and operational alerts
• Build and maintain daily planning for:
o Concierge teams (check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, follow-ups)
o Housekeeping teams (cleaning schedules, turnovers, priorities, linen rotation)
• Anticipate workload peaks and operational risks before they happen
• Adjust plans dynamically to handle last-minute changes
• Communicate clearly and continuously with:
o concierges
o housekeeping supervisors
o area managers
Your work directly impacts:

Who we are looking for
• Highly organized, structured, and reliable
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and time-sensitive information
• Detail-oriented, but able to keep a global operational view
• Strong communicator, able to coordinate office and field teams
• Comfortable with digital tools (PMS, planning software, spreadsheets)
Background in hospitality, property management, operations, or logistics is a strong plus, but we value mindset and rigor more than titles.
