We are looking for passionate and talented Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This role supports the Executive Chef in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality standards, and leading the kitchen team during daily service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in food preparation, kitchen supervision, team training, and maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–7 years experience in a professional kitchen.
• Previous experience in a supervisory kitchen role is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Good leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
