Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields
-At least 1–3 years of experience in IT support, data analysis, or BI roles (hospitality or F&B industry is a plus)
-Strong understanding of business metrics such as revenue, cost, profit margin, customer trends, and operational performance
-Proficient in BI and data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or advanced Excel (Pivot, Power Query, dashboards)
-Basic SQL skills for extracting and managing data from systems
-Able to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for management decisions
-Experience supporting internal IT systems, networks, and office equipment
-Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
-Good communication skills with the ability to explain data in simple business terms
-Good command of English

Key Responsibilities
-Analyze business data, market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support strategic decisions
-Collect, verify, and analyze data to generate insights that improve operational efficiency and decision-making
-Develop dashboards, reports, and BI tools to present business performance clearly to management
-Provide internal IT support and troubleshoot system or equipment issues for staff
