• Manage and co-ordinate with gardener team.
• A proven background in the field of Grounds Maintenance (Gardening/Landscaping) or similar related discipline
• A proven track record in the management and establishment of planned Grounds Maintenance programs (Gardening/Landscaping), chefs garden, animal farm and the management of sub-contractors performance
• Good communication skills and an ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organization
