Job description
The E-Commerce Officer supports the management of online distribution channels and the digital presence of Sugar Marina Boutique Hotels. This role focuses on maintaining OTA platforms, updating hotel content, supporting online sales performance, and assisting with system connectivity and mapping between distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update hotel information on OTA platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com, etc.)
- Ensure hotel content such as photos, descriptions, and facilities are accurate and up to date
- Support the implementation of promotions and online campaigns
- Monitor hotel ranking, visibility, and performance on OTA platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners on system connectivity, channel manager setup, and rate/room mapping
- Support troubleshooting of connectivity or mapping issues between PMS, Channel Manager, and OTA platforms
- Coordinate with revenue and reservation teams on rate and availability updates
- Track online performance and prepare simple reports when required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience with OTA extranets or digital marketing is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Thai and English
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
