Education

Experience
*Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping operations.

*Experience supervising multiple cleaners or large facilities is an advantage.
Professional Skills
*Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
*Ability to train and supervise cleaning staff.
*Experience in scheduling and task allocation.
*Knowledge of health and safety standards in cleaning operations.
*Ability to inspect and maintain cleaning quality standards.
Management Skills
*Leadership and team management skills.
*Ability to manage 10–20 cleaning staff.
*Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
*Ability to handle staff attendance, discipline, and performance monitoring.
