Job Overview:
We're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to create content related to the hotel business.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic.
• Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google).
• Create and publish engaging content (posts, videos, images, stories) tailored to each platform.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and manage social media calendars and content schedules.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role for at least 1 year.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with social media analytics tools
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge in Hotel Industry is a plus
