- Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Layout and Retouch) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and ensure the quality of deliverables before submission to clients.
- Prepare reports, timelines, and project documentation.
