ตำแหน่ง : Assistant Chief Engineer
• สนับสนุนหัวหน้าวิศวกรในการดูแลงานวิศวกรรมและการบำรุงรักษาทั้งหมด
• จัดการและดูแลระบบต่างๆ ภายในวิลล่า (ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบปรับอากาศ, ประปา, สระว่ายน้ำ) รวมถึงงานบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน
• ควบคุมดูแลผู้รับเหมา ตรวจสอบมาตรฐานคุณภาพ และดูแลด้านความปลอดภัยให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบ
• เป็นผู้นำทีมวิศวกร บริหารจัดการงบประมาณ และจัดการสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (ไฟฟ้า, เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
• มีประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปี ในการทำงานโรงแรม รีสอร์ท หรือวิลล่าหรู
• มีความรู้อย่างดีเยี่ยมเกี่ยวกับระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบปรับอากาศ (HVAC) และระบบประปา (หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและพร้อมลงมือปฏิบัติจริง สามารถทำงานแบบยืดหยุ่นและพร้อมปฏิบัติงานเมื่อมีการเรียกตัวด่วน (on-call)
