Qualifications (F&B Manager)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food & Beverage Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, or hotel operations (Service, Kitchen, Operations)
• Strong skills in planning, cost control, and budget management
• Proven leadership with ability to manage, motivate, and develop team members
• Excellent customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP / ISO 22000)
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Flexible to work in shifts and under pressure
• Strong analytical skills in sales performance and revenue generation
• Ability to create and implement promotions (seasonal campaigns, Happy Hour, set menus, partnerships)
• Ability to analyze promotion performance (ROI, conversion rate, customer behavior)
• Creative mindset with strong marketing awareness
• Good interpersonal skills and well-groomed personality
• Passion for hospitality and service excellence
