Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with travel partners, online travel agencies (OTAs), tour operators in Thailand, and both international and local customers
- Monitor booking details through the reservation system and coordinate with tour operators to confirm bookings via Line, WhatsApp, or email
- Confirm bookings with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues through effective communication and negotiation
- Follow up on tour operations and other assigned tasks to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Tourism, English for Communication, or a related field; candidates from other fields are welcome if willing to learn and demonstrate strong commitment
- Female candidates only; open to all religions
- Age not over 40 years
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), ChatGPT, and Internet usage
- Strong interest in communication, with good English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Experience in communicating with international clients or working in a tour company/hotel will be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure with a service-minded attitude, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
- Able to work in Krabi province
- Recent graduates are welcome; candidates who can start immediately will be given special consideration
