Job Description - Operation
Maintain proper internal control over revenue of all departments and propose cost
Saving measures / operational efficiency matters to the General Manager.

Ensure all necessary books and records are being properly maintained as required
By law, as well as storing them away in safe and secure manure.

Monitor the financial performance of all departments and advise the management of any remedial actionable required.

Monitor and supervise all money transaction within the hotel.

Prepare statistical analysis as required by the management.
Monthly P&L report
Monthly cash flow report
Monthly payroll burden
Monthly stock control & inventory check
Daily revenue report
Daily F&B report
Daily monetary traction report

Supervise the purchasing department and ensure the quality and prices of purchases are in line with the company’s requirements.

Prepare annual cash flow projection.

Prepare annual budget for approval.

Maintain proper budgetary control.
Engage in any tasks as deemed appropriate by management.
