ตำแหน่ง : Chief Engineer
-- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
-- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in engineering within hospitality or villa management
-- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool systems) ,automation device and internet system
-- Proven leadership and team management skills
-- Experience managing multiple properties and preventive maintenance programs
-- Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
-- Strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset
-- Good command of English communication
-- Flexible working hours, teamwork player,
