Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Customer Acquisition
-Develop and execute the club's marketing strategy
-Generate new ideas and campaigns to attract customers
-Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns
-Implement local marketing initiatives across Phuket
-Identify and test new customer acquisition channels

-ดำเนินกิจกรรมการตลาดในพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ทั่วภูเก็ต
-ค้นหาและทดลองช่องทางใหม่ ๆ ในการหาลูกค้า

Content & Social Media
-Create content plans together with the SMM team
-Coordinate tasks for designers, photographers, and videographers
-Oversee Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
-Organize Reels production and other content shoots
-Analyze content performance and audience engagement

Influencer & Partnership Marketing
Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators
-Organize brand collaborations and partnership campaigns
-Work with club ambassadors
-Develop and expand the partner network
-Create and manage joint projects and events

Brand & Reputation Management
Monitor and manage customer reviews
-Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on Google Maps and other platforms
-Participate in the development of the club's brand strategy
-Maintain consistency in visual identity and brand communication

Analytics & Performance Tracking
-Analyze key marketing metrics
-Monitor ROMI and marketing campaign effectiveness
-Prepare monthly performance reports
-Develop, test, and evaluate marketing hypotheses

Events & Community Building
-Organize tournaments, open training sessions, and special events
-Promote club events through various marketing channels
-Build relationships with the local sports community

Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing
-Experience promoting sports clubs, gyms, fitness centers, or sports-related projects is a strong advantage
-Understanding of social media marketing (SMM)
-Strong knowledge of digital marketing
-Ability to manage contractors and external partners
-Strong organizational and project management skills
-Intermediate English level or higher
-Passion for sports and an active lifestyle is a significant plus
