Candidate Profile
Must have min 3+ yrs of experience in a Customer Support role for Property
management systems such as Comanche, Opera, Smartfinder, etc. Thai National, preferred living in Bangkok.

Job Profile:
- Candidate will be assisting the users by providing the support on usage related issues of Hotel Property Management System.
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving support related issues.
- Candidate will be responsible for training the hotel staff on PMS and POS product.
- To ensure that all hotel standards and procedures are applied.
- Excellent communication skills Both oral written is must.
- They should also have computer operation skills, as their job will also involve maintaining records and data on the computer.
- Good telephone etiquette and email etiquette are also required.
