Job Title: Hotel Restaurant Supervisor

Position Overview:
We seek a motivated and experienced Hotel Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding guest satisfaction, and lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations (dining area, bar, host station).
- Train, mentor, and schedule staff to maintain high service standards.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize service efficiency.
- Handle cash management and daily sales reporting.
- Implement strategies to meet sales and customer retention goals.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler’s Certification (required/preferred).
- [Optional: Bilingual in English and Thai.]
