Head chef
The functions of Head Chef are as follows:
- Plan the range and quantity of foodstuffs and raw materials;
- Ordering and receiving foodstuffs and raw materials;
- Ensure proper storage of foodstuffs, raw materials and prepared products;
- Plan, coordinate and supervise the work of the team, dividing it into sections;
- Control the quality of the dishes;
- Creates control acts of cooking dishes, prepares technological and calculation cards;
- Record time and attendance records;
- Keep records of raw materials and goods;
- Maintain and plan equipment and other inventory;
- Ensure the smooth running of the A la carte, banquet, bar and terrace;
- Plan the kitchen cleaning schedule;
- Take inventory and control the warehouse;
- Develop new products and recipes based on a common concept;
- Carry out initial staff selection, new/existing staff as required
- Good communication skill , listening speaking and writing Thai and English
