หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• เตรียมวัตถุดิบและทำอาหารใน Hot Kitchen ตามมาตรฐานของร้าน
• ควบคุมคุณภาพ รสชาติ และการจัดจาน
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของสเตชันและสุขอนามัยในครัว
• ทำงานร่วมกับ Sous Chef / Head Chef อย่างใกล้ชิด
• แนะนำและสนับสนุนทีม Commis (สำหรับ CDP)

คุณสมบัติ:

• มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง CDP หรือ DCDP (อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี)
• ทำงานได้ดีภายใต้ความกดดัน
• มีความรับผิดชอบและตรงต่อเวลา
• ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Tree Bay Clubhouse is looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) or Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to join our Hot Kitchen team at our luxury seaside restaurant in Phuket.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes in the Hot Kitchen according to our standards
• Maintain excellent food quality, taste, and presentation
• Manage station cleanliness and food safety
• Work closely with the Sous Chef / Head Chef
• Support and guide Commis staff (for CDP)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as CDP or DCDP
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
• Immediate start is a plus
