OPERATION MICE & PRODUCT OFFICER (INDIAN MARKET) – PHUKET
Purpose of the role
Join our dynamic MICE & Product department of Phuket Branch. You will be in charge of the product development, quotation and support on ground to the India team and MICE team in Bangkok head office for the major tourist destination.
Key Responsibilities / Job Description
• Create services and cost’s allocation in our stage of art in house system “Lemax”.
• Coordinate payment with finance team at branch, head office and supplier.
• Contact suppliers in destination (Phuket, Khao Lak, Krabi) for any type of request
• Guiding/ Coordinating: accompany the groups inspection and during event operation period from arrival until their departure, if necessary, supervise the set up and organization booking of excursion both sea, land and sky, co-check ins, gala dinners, conferences, and any other special requests required by every different group.
• Prepare and send quotations requested from the head office or any other department.
• Negotiate with suppliers and make sure that all is in line with the requirements
• Coordinate and work closely with other departments for any request.
• Handle last minutes require.
• Adhering to event safety standards.
• Support product development efforts for specific accounts or source markets
• Foster good relationship with hotels and suppliers
• Review contents, descriptions & rates of our products
