Assistant Bar Manager
To support daily bar operations, maintain high service standards, supervise the team, and assist the Bar Manager in driving guest satisfaction, beverage quality, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations.
- Supervise and support the bar team to ensure excellent guest service.
- Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, wastage, and beverage costs.
- Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues.
- Support promotions and initiatives to increase bar revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bar or F&B operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and bar operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
- Good command of English.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed, and a strong team player.
