Job Detail

- 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate, property development, or luxury residential sector (preferably in Phuket).

- Fluent in Russian (native or professional level) and strong command of English for daily business communication; working knowledge of Thai is a plus.

- Based in Phuket (or willing to relocate). Possessing a valid driver's license and personal transportation is preferred.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong track record of building trust with high-net-worth Russian-speaking clients.

- Good understanding of the Phuket property market, legal regulations for foreign buyers, ownership structures (Freehold/Leasehold), and buying processes.

- High energy, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a multicultural team.
