We are searching for a Project Manager (Architect & Design) to lead the design process and ensure the design vision is delivered on a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

The Role
● Lead and coordinate the design team, including architects, interior designers, landscape designers, and specialist consultants
● Manage the design process from concept through schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
● Ensure design deliverables meet the project's brand standards, international design quality, and functional requirements
● Review architectural and design drawings for coordination, accuracy, and compliance with local building codes and regulations
● Coordinate design interfaces with engineering, cost management, and construction teams to ensure a fully integrated project
● Manage design consultant contracts, deliverables, timelines, and design-stage approvals
● Support the procurement and evaluation of design consultants and specialist design contractors
● Provide operational input into design and construction phases
● Report directly to the overall Project Lead
