Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate financial operations and compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable, daily POS reconciliations, and monthly cash receipt reconciliations across all stores.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier and staff payments in line with company policies.
• Apply and manage withholding tax in accordance with Revenue Department regulations.
• Review and approve tax filings, including monthly VAT and withholding tax submissions.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain and improve accounting systems, policies, and internal controls.
• Ensure all lease-related duties and tax payments are completed on time.
• Identify financial and compliance issues, working with the CEO to resolve them.
• Drive process improvements and support the professional development of the accounting team.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Finance or relevant fields.
• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, VAT, taxes, document control, billings and accounts control.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong computer knowledge and efficiently to operate in Windows Environment; MS Office and advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with good time management and organizational skills, while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Background in Retail stores is preferred.
• Hard working, ability to work independently, flexible and meet deadlines.
