The Suksan Group เปิดรับสมัคร Housekeeping Supervisor เพื่อร่วมงานกับทีมงานมืออาชีพของเรา

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- ควบคุม ดูแล และให้คำแนะนำทีมงาน Housekeeping ให้ทำงานตามมาตรฐานของรีสอร์ท
- ตรวจสอบความสะอาดของห้องพัก วิลล่า และพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง เช่น สระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส ห้องออกกำลังกาย และสำนักงาน ให้ได้มาตรฐานคุณภาพของรีสอร์ท
- จัดสรรงานและกำหนดตารางการทำงานของพนักงานทำความสะอาด (Staff Roster)
- ตรวจสอบและจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ รวมถึงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพัก เช่น ผ้าเช็ดตัว ของใช้ส่วนตัว
- ตรวจเช็คสต็อกอุปกรณ์และสิ่งของของฝ่ายแม่บ้าน (Inventory) และควบคุมการส่ง/รับผ้าจากร้านซักรีด
- ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การบริการแขกเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น และรายงานปัญหา ความเสียหาย หรือความต้องการซ่อมแซมต่อ Operation Manager
- ทำรายงานประจำวัน/ประจำสัปดาห์เกี่ยวกับงานทำความสะอาด การใช้สต็อก และผลงานของทีมงาน (Reporting)
- รักษามาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ทำงาน
- ประเมินผลงานของทีมงาน และฝึกอบรมพนักงานใหม่เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานงาน

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Housekeeping อย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์บริหารหรือควบคุมทีมพนักงานทำความสะอาด
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด และรักษามาตรฐานงานบริการ
- สามารถบริหารจัดการงานและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ และมีใจรักงานบริการ
- ซื่อสัตย์ มีความรับผิดชอบต่อทรัพย์สินและพื้นที่ทำงาน
- สามารถทำงานตามกะหรือเวลาที่กำหนดได้
- มีร่างกายแข็งแรง และสามารถตรวจสอบหรือเคลื่อนย้ายอุปกรณ์ได้ตามความเหมาะสม
