Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Assist in managing daily activities, including housekeeping, laundry, and deep-cleaning programs.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, including managing performance and shift scheduling.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel quality standards.
Guest Service: Address guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Administrative Tasks: Manage inventory levels (supplies, linens, amenities), monitor budget/costs, and maintain accurate operational reports.
