Security Supervisor oversees daily security operations, manages personnel, and ensures the protection of assets, employees, and visitors. Key responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules and training, enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and managing incident responses. They act as a critical link between management and security staff.

Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate security personnel. Manage rosters, shift scheduling, and daily activities to ensure operational coverage.
Operational Security: Enforce company policies, conduct regular site patrols, and perform security inspections. Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
Incident Management: Lead the response to emergencies, security breaches, or accidents. Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and medical services when necessary.
Reporting & Compliance: Document incidents thoroughly, prepare performance reports, and conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
