A Public Area Supervisor oversees the cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic standards of a facility's public spaces, such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and grounds. Key responsibilities include leading and training housekeeping staff, conducting regular quality inspections, managing cleaning schedules and inventories, and coordinating with other departments like engineering to address repairs and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule public area attendants to ensure efficient operations and adherence to brand standards.

Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of all public spaces, including lobbies, restaurants, pools, offices, and outdoor areas, to guarantee cleanliness and safety.

Operational Management: Organize deep cleaning projects, manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventories, and ensure cost-effective usage of resources.

Maintenance Liaison: Promptly report maintenance issues to the engineering department and monitor the status of repairs.
Guest Service: Address guest inquiries or complaints effectively and maintain a professional demeanor to uphold high service standards.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Typically requires 1–2 years of previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, with specific supervisory experience preferred.
