Position : Guest Experience Officer

Role Summary
The Guest Experience Officer ensures every guest has a seamless and memorable stay, from pre-arrival to post-departure.

Key Responsibilities
Manage guest communication (pre-arrival, during stay, post-stay)

Coordinate guest requests (transport, dining, activities, special events)

Welcome guests and provide villa orientation where required

Handle guest issues quickly and professionally

Personalize guest experiences (special occasions, preferences)

Coordinate with operations to ensure readiness of villas

Monitor guest reviews and feedback

Upsell services (chef, spa, excursions)

Maintain CRM or guest history records

Requirements
Experience in hospitality, concierge, or guest relations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Fluent English required (additional languages a plus)
