Job Detail

A Concierge Supervisor leads the front-desk and guest services team to ensure seamless guest experiences. They manage daily operations, train staff, coordinate VIP requests, handle escalated complaints, and maintain deep knowledge of local attractions to deliver highly personalized, luxury hospitality service.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Train, schedule, and mentor concierge and bell staff, driving team performance and upholding rigorous brand service standards.Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for VIPs, assist with complex itineraries, and swiftly resolve customer complaints to ensure complete satisfaction.Local Expertise: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local tour operators, restaurants, and transportation providers to provide guests with exclusive, accurate recommendations.Operational Coordination: Review shift logs, manage daily checklists, and coordinate seamlessly with other departments like the Front Office and Housekeeping.
