- อายุ 25–35 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้ดี
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงานและประกันสังคมเบื้องต้น
- มีทักษะด้านการจัดทำเอกสารบุคคล และงานธุรการ HR
- สามารถประสานงานกับทุกแผนกได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถรักษาความลับของข้อมูลพนักงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารงานหลายด้านพร้อมกันได้
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ยิ้มแย้ม และมีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind)
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และตรงต่อเวลา
- มีความกระตือรือร้น พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- มีประสบการณ์งาน HR อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี (หากมีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
