- สามารถทำความสะอาดห้องพักและจัดเตรียมห้องพักตามมาตรฐานของโรงแรมได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ใส่ใจในความสะอาด และมาตรฐานการบริการ
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และตรงต่อเวลา
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
- มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) และพร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือแขก
- มีความกระตือรือร้น พร้อมเรียนรู้ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์งานแม่บ้านโรงแรม (Room Attendant) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
