Education
-High school diploma. Diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.
-Licenses & Certifications: Required.

Experience
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a customer service position, preferably with a background in Spa operations.
-Valid Spa Therapist Certificate issued by the Department of Health / Public Health authority.

-Work effectively with minimal supervision.
-Maintain the confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
-Knowledge of Opera / MICROS is an advantage.

Desirable Job Skills
-Ability to use a personal computer effectively.
Capable of preparing reports and presentations in English.

Physical Requirements
-Must be able to perform various physical movements throughout the work areas, including reaching up and down, standing and moving for extended periods, and communicating effectively with guests and co-workers.
