Vikasa Yoga Retreat – Koh Samui

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place.
Prepare and cook food according to Vikasa recipes and standards.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized.
Follow food safety, FIFO, and waste reduction procedures.
Support the kitchen team during daily operations and special events.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant kitchen is preferred.
Basic cooking and food preparation skills.
Passion for healthy and quality-focused cuisine.
Good teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
