คุณสมบัติ

•⁠ ⁠มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Villa Manager / Hotel / Hospitality อย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี
•⁠ ⁠มีประสบการณ์ดูแลวิลล่าหรือบ้านพักระดับ Luxury จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
•⁠ ⁠สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งพูดและเขียน
•⁠ ⁠มีทักษะด้านการดูแลลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
•⁠ ⁠สามารถบริหารจัดการทีมแม่บ้าน ช่าง และ Supplier ได้
•⁠ ⁠มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการตรวจสอบสภาพวิลล่าและงาน Maintenance
•⁠ ⁠มีทักษะด้านเอกสาร รายงาน ค่าใช้จ่าย และการประสานงาน
