Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager with a strong Bar Management background. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of bar operations, beverages, wines, cocktails, and spirits, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, upselling, and revenue generation.


Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets and bars.
• Ensure high standards of service quality, guest satisfaction, hygiene, and presentation.
• Use strong Bar Manager experience to develop and improve bar operations and beverage service.
• Have good knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits, beers, and other beverages.
• Train and coach the F&B team on wine and beverage knowledge, service techniques, and upselling skills.
• Actively promote upselling and suggestive selling to increase F&B revenue and average guest spending.
• Recommend suitable wine and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience.
• Develop beverage promotions, special offers, and activities to increase sales.
• Monitor beverage costs, stock levels, inventory, wastage, and overall cost control.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure smooth F&B operations.
• Handle guest comments and complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the F&B team to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Monitor F&B revenue and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience
• Previous experience as an F&B Manager, Assistant F&B Manager, Bar Manager, or similar leadership position in a hotel or resort.
• Strong Bar Manager background is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, wine, cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
• Strong sales and upselling skills, with the ability to coach the team to increase revenue.
• Good knowledge of beverage cost control and inventory management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Guest-oriented, hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded.
