Ramada Resort by Wyndham Khao Lak is a contemporary beachfront resort located directly on Bang Niang Beach in Khao Lak. Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Rooms Division Manager to join our leadership team in Khao Lak, Phang Nga.

This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of:

Front Office
Housekeeping
Engineering
The Rooms Division Manager will ensure consistently high guest satisfaction, efficient departmental operations, and strong collaboration between the three departments.

A key part of this role is project management. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate operational improvement projects, room enhancement initiatives, maintenance programs, departmental action plans, and other property projects from planning through to completion.

The role includes supervising and mentoring department heads and team members, resolving guest concerns, improving operational standards, controlling departmental costs, and ensuring compliance with Wyndham and hotel policies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments.
Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and service standards.
Manage departmental projects, timelines, budgets, contractors, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate room maintenance, renovation, and improvement projects.
Support the Chief Engineer with technical and property-related projects.
Develop department heads and team members through coaching and training.
Monitor productivity, staffing, departmental expenses, and operational performance.
Review guest feedback and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure smooth communication and cooperation between Rooms Division departments.
Support revenue management, room inventory control, upselling, and room allocation strategies.
Participate actively in the hotel’s daily operations and executive management team.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager, Executive Housekeeper, or similar hospitality leadership role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, execute, and follow up on multiple projects.
Proven leadership experience managing multicultural teams.
Strong guest relations, service recovery, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Good understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, and hotel Engineering operations.
Experience with Opera Cloud and hotel property-management systems.
Understanding of revenue management, room inventory, upselling, and departmental cost control.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluent English is required.
German language skills would be a significant advantage, due to the resort’s strong German-speaking guest market.
Thai language skills would be an additional advantage.
